Terms of Use

Truth Nightclub operates on a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing a ticket, every purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1.1 All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are considered final and binding.

Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances.

1.2 Refunds Only for Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The event is officially cancelled by Truth Nightclub, or
  • The event is rescheduled to a date you are unable to attend.

In these limited scenarios, customers will be notified directly, and refunds will be processed automatically.

1.3 72-Hour Pre-Event Cancellation Window (With Fee)

Although all sales are final, we understand that unexpected changes can occur.

For this reason, Truth Nightclub offers a 72-hour cancellation window before the event.

If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to the event, you may receive a refund minus a standard cancellation fee.

This fee covers:

  • Administrative handling
  • Ticketing system charges
  • Payment gateway deductions

All booking fees and service charges remain strictly non-refundable.

1.4 No Refunds Within 72 Hours of the Event

If your request is made within 72 hours of the event start time, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies regardless of reason, including illness, transport issues, or personal schedule changes.

1.5 Ticket Transfers (Recommended Alternative)

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest.

This can be done by utilising our "Transfer Ticket" feature under "My Tickets".

Transfers remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Truth Nightclub does not facilitate peer-to-peer ticket sales.

1.6 Extenuating Circumstances

We acknowledge that life happens.

In rare, genuine, and exceptional cases, we will review the situation fairly and compassionately.

Supporting documentation may be required (e.g., medical certificate, emergency proof).

Approval is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of Truth Nightclub Management.

1.7 Group Bookings

For guests who purchase multiple tickets, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to allocate tickets appropriately.

Unused tickets within a group booking are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

2. Door Policy

To maintain a safe, respectful, and controlled environment for all guests, Truth Nightclub enforces a strict entry policy. Every patron entering our premises agrees to abide by the following terms.

2.1. Age Restriction

Truth Nightclub is a strictly 18+ venue.
Valid proof of age must be presented at the door — in the form of an original photo ID, driver’s licence, or passport.
Digital or phone copies may be accepted at the discretion of management or security.
Failure to present valid identification will result in denied entry without refund.

2.2. Prohibited Items

For everyone’s safety, the following are strictly prohibited within the venue:

  • Food or beverages (including sealed bottles)
  • Drugs, narcotics, or illegal substances
  • Weapons, sharp or blunt objects, and any potentially harmful items
  • Flammable materials or fireworks
  • Animals of any kind

All prohibited items will be confiscated and disposed of, and any attempt to enter with illegal substances may result in immediate removal and permanent ban from Truth Nightclub.

2.3. Security Procedures

All guests are subject to a mandatory security check and body search upon entry and exit.
By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises, you consent to these security measures. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry without refund.

2.4. Right of Admission Reserved

Truth Nightclub reserves the full right of admission.
Entry may be refused or revoked at any point for intoxication, disorderly conduct, aggressive behaviour, or non-compliance with venue policies.

3. VIP Table Booking Policy

3.1. Minimum Spend

Minimum spend amounts vary per event, area, and table placement.
These will be communicated upon booking confirmation by our VIP management team.

3.2. Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to confirm all VIP table bookings.
No bookings are secured without proof of deposit payment.

3.3. Arrival & Late Policy

VIP tables are held for up to 3 hours from the time of venue opening or event start.
If you fail to arrive within this time and have not made prior arrangements, the table may be released, and your deposit will be forfeited.

3.4. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
If cancelled less than 12 hours before, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions for future events.

4. Dress Code

Truth embraces individuality, creativity, and self-expression.
We do not enforce a strict dress code; however, all guests are expected to be appropriately dressed, clean, and fully clothed.
Guests wearing offensive, indecent, or unsafe attire will be denied entry.
Footwear is mandatory at all times.

5. Personal Belongings & Liability

5.1. Personal Storage

Truth Nightclub does not provide a cloakroom or storage facilities.
All belongings remain the sole responsibility of the guest. Please carry only what you can keep securely on your person.

5.2. Lost or Stolen Items

Truth Nightclub and its staff are not liable for loss or theft, including:

  • Items left unattended on tables or seating areas
  • Pickpocketing or misplaced property
  • Items lost during the course of the event

All guests are urged to exercise caution and keep personal belongings secure at all times.

5.3. Damage & Liability

By entering the venue, you acknowledge that Truth Nightclub is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss sustained due to negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow venue policies.

6. Safety Policy

Truth Nightclub prioritises the safety and wellbeing of every attendee.
For this reason, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited within the venue or event grounds:

  • Jumping or diving from elevated structures
  • Climbing on or over any barriers, walls, or installations
  • Leaning on glass, railings, or balconies
  • Tampering with lighting, sound, or stage equipment

Any individual found engaging in unsafe or reckless behaviour will be immediately removed from the premises, without refund, and may face a permanent ban.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or entering Truth Nightclub, you agree to all terms and policies outlined above.
Failure to comply may result in denied entry or immediate removal without compensation.
Management reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
